Dotslash Utrecht is the ideal place for your event, meeting, or business gathering in the center of the Netherlands where business meetings come together with hospitality, comfort, and flexibility.

Our campus of 31,000 m² is located on Europalaan in Utrecht and serves as an inspiring meeting place for companies, startups, scale-ups, and corporates. But Dotslash is more than just a place to do business: it is also the ideal location in the center of the Netherlands for your business meeting, training, drinks, or events.

Flexible meeting rooms and event spaces in Utrecht

Our meeting and event spaces are located on the ground floor of building 100 and can be fully arranged flexibly for both small and large business meetings.

We have:

2 spacious Eventspaces, perfect for presentations, workshops, training sessions, and networking drinks. The Eventspaces are bright rooms (can be darkened with curtains), spacious, flexible in layout, and equipped with large screens with HDMI connection.

1 Backspace, perfect as a training room, private dining location, or drinks area. A lockable and bright space with a folding glass wall and a view of the green inner garden of the Dotslash Campus.

2 Boardrooms, ideal for (management) meetings, MT sessions, strategic gatherings, and training in a stylish setting. Standard equipped with a screen including HDMI connection, whiteboard, or flip chart.

4 Meetingrooms, suitable for (team) meetings and brainstorming sessions. Also ideal as break-out rooms in combination with a hall. Standard equipped with a screen including HDMI connection and whiteboard.

Phone booths & Privacy room, 3 single-person phone booths, 1 double phone booth, and a privacy room ensure optimal peace and comfort during your meeting.

In-house catering – meeting with food & drinks

Dotslash has its own restaurant and professional banqueting service. We provide, among other things:

  • coffee and tea arrangements
  • lunch meetings
  • drinks arrangements
  • dinners
  • snacks and treats

Hele fijne vergaderomgeving met goede faciliteiten

We hebben in een fijne sfeer een goede strategische sessie kunnen houden. De service was top, de lunch in het restaurant goed verzorgd.

Professionele locatie en zeer attent personeel!
